Pipeline

Phase 1: Discovery and Sitemap

  1. Classify business type (eCommerce, Blog, Portfolio, SaaS, Local Service, Corporate)
  2. Define target audience and key user journeys
  3. Generate complete sitemap — all pages, hierarchical, with priorities
  4. Map internal linking strategy before writing

Phase 2: Page Content (run for EVERY page)

For each page:

  • Write H1, meta title (under 60 chars), meta description (under 155 chars)
  • Full body content — no lorem ipsum, no placeholders
  • Headings hierarchy (H1 through H3)
  • FAQ section if relevant (schema-ready format)
  • Internal links to related pages

Phase 3: Schema Markup

Generate JSON-LD for:

  • LocalBusiness (if applicable) — include address, hours, service areas
  • Organization schema on homepage
  • FAQPage schema on any FAQ section
  • Service schema on service pages

Phase 4: Technical Audit (last)

  • Meta title length check (all pages under 60 chars)
  • Meta description length check (all pages under 155 chars)
  • Canonical URL strategy documented
  • Image alt text guidelines for each page
  • Internal linking gaps identified

Standing Rules

  1. Write every page in full — no "TBD" or "add content here"
  2. All meta titles must include the primary keyword
  3. Every page needs at least one CTA
  4. Local businesses: include city/region in page titles and H1s
  5. No stock photo recommendations — use local or AI-generated image descriptions
  6. Run continuously — do not stop after each page and ask for approval
